wowza

I definitely didn't realize it has been almost a full month since I last posted anything. Well quite a bit has happened since I last posted. I turned 28 on Sept 20th and although just about everyone forgot I did get a few birthday wishes which was nice.

I also took over a massage practice for my friend Brandie. I am now practicing in Bath, NY which is quite a long ways from my home but still a nice town. I am practicing as part of a salon called Nails Plus Tanning Salon. Although I don't have a booming client base I have been steady with at least one client a day. I am only there Monday, Wednesdays & Fridays but that will have to do for now until the practice can be more financially supportive.

Another thing that has happened is that I have become a permanent full time employee of Price Chopper. I am still working over nights in the grocery department but I like it that way because then I can still do the massage during the day.

RJ & I are finally starting to get around for the colder weather. That will be moving much faster this weekend since I have been scheduled for two nights off in a row and the salon is closed Monday for Columbus Day. I will actually have time to get things done. YAY!

I still need to get my car ready for inspection but at least I got the oil changed. I was over due but not too badly. I am not excited about readying the car for inspection. I need to change the O2 sensor and I also need to fix my horn because it hasn't worked in close to 6 months. Maybe while I have everything apart I can make my back door unlock, make the cleaning jets work in the front and the wipers work in the back. My car won't know what to do with all of it parts working properly.

My cousin Sarah also got married during my time of silence. She married Greg Dickson on Sept 25th. It was an absolutely beautiful wedding!! The ceremony was in one of my grandfather's fields and the reception was at the Rod and Gun. The weather cooperated marvelously even though the weather channel called for rain there wasn't a drop felt all day. Many Congratulations and Well Wishes to them!!
